• Research and analyze about financial Intermediaries, CA, CS, legal, Management Consultants, Investors, Angel Networks, VC/PE Firms, Family Offices, Fund houses to approach for joining HGSP • Lead Generation, Lead Qualification and Tele calling for appointments • Data Mining from Newsletters and online SM posts • Coordinating with Seniors for their Appointments & Meetings • Update and furnish MIS on Leads in Excel/ERP • Handle Members/ Partners/ Investor/ Participants Queries over Phone • Create relationship and network with HGSP members to showcase them newer opportunities • Coordinate with Social Media team for event postings • Monitor and assess the activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain our Members/ Partners/ Investor • Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation for the business • Resolve any complaints promptly and professionally • Coordinate for event arrangements, registrations such as Pitch Days/Workshops/ Webinars etc. • Attend Trainings & Events arranged from Time to Time • Ability to build, foster, and maintain positive professional relationships • Devotion to high-quality customer service • Good interpersonal and communication skills - Written and Verbal • Keen research abilities • Knowledge of relationship management best practices • Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities • Willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of the business and related services • Outgoing and customer-oriented attitude • Ability to work in a deadline-oriented group with peak period workflow • Working knowledge in MS office - Excel, Word, Outlook
