Role & Responsibilities • The candidate will closely work on deal generation front of Merchant Banking Industry. • Developing new markets for existing service offering such as Public Issues-Main board & SME, Open Offers, Delisting and other fund raising / advisory services and generating new business opportunities with market analyses and competitive assessments. • Mature outlook, Strong people engagement and persuasive skills to place the business/service offering idea with clients and close the deal. • Strong public speaking skills, addressing seminars and public events. • Willing to travel extensively all over India, interacting with Professionals, Promoters and regulatory bodies. • Well-presented & excellent oral and written communication skills. Qualifications and Requirements: Candidate should be MBA/M.com Excellent verbal and written communication skills Minimum post qualification experience of 3 years in deal origination/business development/client acquisition/client dealing/sales function of any sector (prior experience with financial service sector such as Capital Markets, Mutual Funds, Financial Institutions will be given preference) and a desire to further build career in Merchant Banking-Deal Origination.
